PAYMENT POLICY
Indigo Snail Boutique Hmong Homestay

This Payment Policy explains how bookings are requested, confirmed, and paid for at Indigo Snail Boutique Hmong Homestay, Ta Van Village, Ta Van Commune, Sa Pa Town, Lao Cai Province, Vietnam.
1. Booking Request
To begin a booking, please contact us by email at indigosnailsapa@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +84 97 324 75 86 with your preferred dates, room or tour selection, and number of guests. Our business hours for guest communication are 08:00-21:00 (Vietnam time). The same WhatsApp number may also be used as an emergency contact during your stay.
2. Availability Confirmation
Once we receive your request, we check availability and reply to confirm whether your requested dates and accommodation or tour are available.
3. Payment Request
If your dates are available, we will send a payment request by PayPal invoice or bank transfer instructions for your deposit or full payment, as agreed. Cash payment upon arrival is also accepted for guests who prefer to pay in person.
4. Payment Confirmation
Once payment is received, we confirm this with you by email or WhatsApp.
5. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only once payment has been received and confirmed. Bookings are handled manually by our family; there is no automatic online checkout on this website.
6. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept PayPal invoice, bank transfer, and cash upon arrival. If you booked through Booking.com, your payment is processed under Booking.com's own payment policies, not this policy.
7. Payment Security
We never store your credit card information. Payments are processed securely by trusted payment providers such as PayPal and our bank. We do not have access to, and do not retain, your full card or account details.
8. Currency
All prices on this website are listed in US Dollars (USD).
