Indigo Snail Boutique Hmong Homestay

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking. By booking a room, tour, or activity with Indigo Snail Boutique Hmong Homestay, located in Ta Van Village, Ta Van Commune, Sa Pa Town, Lao Cai Province, Vietnam, you agree to the terms below.
1. Booking
Bookings are made by contacting us directly by email at indigosnailsapa@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +84 97 324 75 86, or through Booking.com. A booking is confirmed only once availability has been checked and payment has been received, as described in our Payment Policy.
2. Payment
Payment may be made by PayPal invoice, bank transfer, or cash upon arrival. Booking.com reservations are paid according to Booking.com's own terms. All prices shown on this website are in US Dollars (USD).
3. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and should be requested in advance.
4. Quiet Hours
To respect our family, other guests, and the surrounding village, quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 07:00.
5. Children
Children under 6 years old stay free using existing bedding. Children aged 6 to 11 are charged at 50% of the adult price. Guests aged 12 and older are charged the full adult rate.
6. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside any rooms. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
7. Pets
Pets are not allowed unless approved by us in advance.
8. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are asked to treat our home, our family, and our neighbors with respect, to follow safety guidance during treks and activities, and to take reasonable care of the property. Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused by their negligence or misuse.
9. Host Responsibilities
We will provide accommodation, meals, and activities as described at the time of booking, maintain a safe and clean environment, and communicate promptly regarding availability, payment, and any changes to your booking.
10. Force Majeure
Neither party is responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, landslides, road closures, natural disasters, illness, or government travel restrictions. In such cases guests may choose a full refund or to reschedule, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Responsible Tourism
Indigo Snail Boutique Hmong Homestay is a family-run business. By booking with us, guests directly support a local Hmong family, employ local women and guides, and help sustain traditional Hmong culture and sustainable tourism in the Ta Van valley.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Indigo Snail Boutique Hmong Homestay operates as a registered household business, owned by Mr. Hang A Dung, with daily operations managed by Mrs. Tan Thi Xu.
