Experience the unspoiled natural beauty of Sapa while supporting the locals on this full-day trek. Starting from the Indigo Snail Boutique Homestay, you'll walk through cascading rice fields and deep into the bamboo forest, learning about the history and culture of the Hmong people along the way. QUICK INFORMATION Duration: 6 hours Group Size: 1-6 guests Meeting Point: Ta Van Village, Sa Pa Difficulty: Moderate (steep sections uphill and downhill) ITINERARY We begin the trek from the homestay toward Muong Hoa Valley, through cascading rice fields and into the bamboo forest. Around the one-hour mark, we stop at a viewpoint to catch our breath, take photos, and enjoy the scenery, before trekking on to a higher altitude for an even better view. With the extra time on this full-day route, we go further into the valley, crossing farmland, waterfalls and streams, and meeting locals in their traditional ethnic dress. Throughout the walk, I'll share stories and insight into Hmong culture and traditions. Good to know: the route has some steep sections, and paths can be muddier and more slippery in rainy or cold weather - please wear good trekking gear.
